Each piece has a story and some are also award winning images – this is an opportunity to snap up some of the best photography in Aotearoa New Zealand.

The images have been professionally printed by Adgraphix directly onto 18mm thick board, which have been specially prepared to meet the requirements set by the printer, to ensure a high quality finish.

Free to pick-up in Christchurch or can be shipped across Aotearoa NZ with costs at the successful buyer’s expense. Please note, the images are of different sizes and some are large – check sizing on each image’s details.

About Photographer Scott Mouat
Scott’s an award-winning cinematographer, director and photographer. His work includes the popular discovery UK show ‘Modern Dinosaurs’, and PBS’s Big Pacific. He’s as passionate about storytelling as he is about capturing stunning images. He’s worked throughout New Zealand and filmed many of its secretive and critically endangered species including the kākāpō (New Zealand’s critically endangered night parrot) and the Hoiho (yellow-eyed penguin). Over the past few years, he's worked for a variety of companies including the BBC, WGBH, and NHNZ and filmed in a variety of countries including New Zealand, Africa, Sri Lanka, China and the Middle East.

Known for his patience, careful composition and thorough coverage, he works hard to capture beautiful and genuine moments that visually progress the story whatever the subject matter, wherever the location.

About Photographer Kurien Yohannan
Photography started off as a hobby for me but pretty soon it turned into a passion and I have been doing Wildlife/Bird photography for over ten years. Having grown up on National Geographic magazines and Discovery Channel, it’s no surprise that my heart and passion lies in Wildlife/Bird photography.

I primarily use my work to raise money for Conservation – hence doing my bit through my photography. If each of us did our little bit in our own very special way, think of the collective effect it will have on the environment, OUR environment.

As the sun sets, Grenville Pitama starts the uplift of the hangi during Matariki celebrations at Richmond Community Gardens, a revitalised part of Christchurch’s red zone. Alden Williams knew that uncovering the hangi would be the day’s best opportunity for a photo—but had only a slim window of time to capture it.

Williams’ images were among 6000 entries made to the prestigious award for 2020, in which he won overall. He also won the landscape category and achieved a highly commended in the society category.
